Register to Run/Walk
 
There are THREE ways to register:
 
  1. Fill out the online registration form HERE, and follow the instructions to create your donations website (takes about a minute). IMPORTANT: once you create your account, your email address (not your display name) will be your username.

  2. Send us an email to piscatawayconoy@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Write "Piscataway 5K Registration" in the subject
    • Your first, middle, and last name
    • Your address (street, apartment number, city, state, and zip)
    • Your gender
    • Your date of birth (you must be at least 14 years old on April 24, 2010 to register)

  3. Print out and mail in the form HERE to the address listed on the form.
Once you've registered, you will need to raise $25.00 in donations in order to run. You may accept donations in two ways:
 
  1. Through your donations website
  2. Print out copies of the mail-in donation form HERE, and have yourself and your sponsors submit donations through the mail
 
Please note that by registering for the 5K via our donations website, email, or physical mail, you agree that your participation in the Piscataway 5K is contingent upon your submission, via physical mail or through your personal donations website, the registration fee of $25.00 by April 23, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. You further acknowledge that the Maryland Indian Tourism Association does not assume responsibility for your health, safety, security, or support related to this event.
